The location of episode #2 is said to be around Hachiōji, Tōkyō,.

According to The Roman Album, the location of episode #2 is written as “Hachiōji Area”.

ロマンアルバムによると、２話わの舞台ぶたいは八王子はちおうじ辺あたりと書かかれています。

Since Fuu’s party is heading from Yokohama to Tokyo, it is hard to think that the location of episode #2 is Hachiōji.

ただ、フウ達たちは横浜よこはまから東京とうきょうへ向むかっているので、流ながれからすると２話わの舞台ぶたいが八王子はちおうじであるとは考かんがえ辛つらいです。

Yakimanjū, which appears in episode 2, is a specialty of Gunma, so it’s even less likely that Gunma will be the location.

２話わに登場とうじょうする、焼やきまんじゅうは群馬ぐんまの名物めいぶつで、群ぐん馬まが舞台ぶたいがある可能性かのうせいは更さらに低ひくいです。

You can get Yakimanjū or food similar to it outside of Gunma.

焼やきまんじゅう、もしくはこれに似にた食たべ物ものは、群ぐん馬ば以外いがいでも入手にゅうしゅできます。

So, I personally imagine that the location of episode #2 is somewhere before the crossing of Hakone Sekisho.

“Takaosan Yakuōin Yūkiji Temple” is a Buddhist temple located on Mt. Takao in Hachiōji, Tōkyō.

『高尾山たかおさん 薬王院やくおういん 有喜寺ゆうきじ』は、東京都 とうきょうと八王子市はちおうじしの高尾山たかおさんにある仏教寺院です。

It has a long history and was built in 744 AD. under the imperial order of Emperor Shōmu.

Since then, it has been managed with great care as a sacred mountain to this day.

During the Edo period, Hachiōji had a lodging town on the Kōshū kaidō road.

江戸時代えどじだい、八王子はちおうじには甲州街道こうしゅうかいどうの宿場しゅくばがありました。

* A lodging town (relay station) is a town that was set up in the Edo period to handle business such as accommodation and mail on the Gokaidō(Edo Five Routes).
